What are you favourite bands that are still active, ie still release
new material, tour. Bands releasing a best of collection every 5 year
dont count! Personnally: 1. Porcupine Tree 2. Opeth 3. Tool 4. The Mars Volta 5. Radiohead Oh how could I forget these: 6. King Crimson 7. Peter Gabriel 8. Beck 9. Coldplay Oh and how could I forget THESE: 10. Muse 11. Yes (well they havent released any quality stuff since 1977...) |

I'd have to go with VdGG also, or Yes. (still praying for Genesis reunion) Maybe I'd switch KC if they'd decide to grace us with their first good album since 1974. -------------

I heard Red Masque on a web prog radiio station once, and they impressed me favourably. But I can't remember any titles they played; I only recall there was one very long track, a 20 minute or so epic. -------------  BaldJean and I; I am the one in blue. |

Unfortunately, I think if Genesis reunion would ever happen, they would play all the Invisible Touches, Turn it on Agains and Men on the Corner.
Are they a Genesis cover band or do they have original material, inspired by Genesis? Can you link to some mp3's? :-D |

They actually have nothing to do with the sound of Genesis. They are like a combination of ELP, fusion music and the soundtrack of a manga series in my opinion. ----- I'd certainly like to add Le Orme to the list, their latest albums are great! |
