your insane

I hate prog metal as much as the next self respecting prog rock fan, but i respect its right to exist, and so should you.

Yes, it annoys me, but you'll live.

I think that everyone is entitled to their own opinions. You not wanting there to be a metal presence isn't going to sway anyone's opinions. As long as there is a presence of metal (which I happen to enjoy), you're just going to have to live with it.

Apart for Dream Theater I don't like Prog-metal, anyway I respect the genre and who listen to it...

Banning a genre is ridiculous. just overlook it, that isnt hard.

Flowerchild is just an immature kid with WAY too much time on his hands.

As annoying as all these Dream Theater fanatics can be, banning the genre is a bit extreme.

metal makes me sick.  I do appreciate the musicianship though, just not when I'm eating my breakfast.

he sure doesnt look like one judging by hos fav bands list. Hes just a bit overobsessed with his DT hatred. looks like the overflow of Octavarium reviews really pisses him off. But Flowerchild, think about it: wouldn't the same thing happen if a new Camel or VDGG came out?

Sorry Flowerchild, you really have brought these comments upon yourself... it seams on the one hand that you fly off the handle when anyone inadvertantly offends your sensibilities and doesn't give you the respect that you think you deserve, and yet on the other hand write an immature 'Octivarium' review which gets edited out.

You can't have it both ways...if you want to play with the rough boys, you must remember that its all fun and games until someone loses an eye.

Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson
