Allow me to suggest a new and up-and-coming rock act from Norway to be added to the Archives. They define themselves as "progressive" and blend prog with punk, jazz and plenty of other genres. One of the popular new rock festival bands of Norway, they are recognized as a very good and energetic liveband.

Ungdomskulen has released 3 vinyl EPs and 2 albums, Cry Baby in 2007 and Bisexual in 2009. (The first was reviewed in Pitchfork, for what it's worth: http://pitchfork.com/reviews/albums/10880-cry-baby/ - http://pitchfork.com/reviews/albums/10880-cry-baby/

Interesting band. I don't find them that heavy, so I'll recomend them to another Art Rock category, Eclectic. They remind me of The Cardiacs, but much less punk/avant.
