Some of the best indie-progressive / avantgarde bands will play at this excellent festival: The Flaming Lips, Mew, ZU, ZS, Shining (NOR), etc. Other high-profile indie bands playing are Shearwater, Trans Am, Dinosaur Jr, Fennesz, The Raveonettes, etc.  http://www.2010.off-festival.pl/?dz=20&l=gb - http://www.2010.off-festival.pl/?dz=20&l=gb The festival takes place in Katowice and a three day pass costs only 30 euros! |

Unhappily too far from me - around 800 km by car , and Polish roads are far from excellent
