Eric Claptons Crossroads Guitar Festival DVD set
I attended this last year in Dallas, TX and now the DVD is out, for guitar junkies this has got em all together on one weekend. You arent a rock n roll freak if you dont have this video! Cale Jonathan Cain(Journey) Larry Carlton(Steely Dan) Eric Clapton Robert Cray Bo Diddley Jerry Douglas Vince Gill Bob Glaub Buddy Guy David Hidalgo(Los Lobos) David Johansen(NYDolls) Eric Johnson BB King Sonny Landreth Jonny Lang Robert Lockwood Jr. George Lynch John Mayer John McLaughlin Pat Metheny Tommy Shaw(Styx) Robert Randolph Duke Robillard(Roomful of Blues) Carlos Santana Neal Schon(Journey) Hubert Sumlin(Howlin Wolf) James Taylor Andy Timmons Band Dan Tyminski Steve Vai Jimmie Vaughan(Fabulous TBirds) Joe Walsh ZZ Top and of course the best are Buddy Guy and Jeff Beck who is not on the DVD his set was cut short and he only played Because We Ended As Lovers and left. Typical Beck appearance, but it was awesome I couldnt have wanted to hear a better song!
