Just thought some of the Mexican members of this forum would be interested to know that Yes is performing a free show at the Festival Cultural de Zacatecas, on April 5th. It seems they came in when Deep Purple was unable to perform their schedueled concert.

I can't attend either... it's farther than I'm willing to travel at the moment, and I don't have the time anyway.

A co-worker was born in Zacatecas and she's never heard of Yes.  She's never heard of Led Zep either.

I wonder, will they introduce the group as "Si"?

^ Absolutly unlikely.

Just looked up the festival on the web.  Nothing about Yes (even though the Yes web site said they will be there).

Here's the line-up they advertise-

Ruben Blades
Gary Burton
Kitaro
Nelly Furtado
America
Deep Purple
Dianne Krall
Chick Corea

Even without Yes, it's a great line-up.

I did see them on the festival web-page. They even included the wrong line-up: Anderson, Squire, Howe, Wakeman (Rick), and White. Which ofcourse isn't going to happen. I read that Yes came in when Deep Purple cancelled their performance.

Yes, I actually read it from the festival site, a friend of mine told me he would attend, I'll ask him for some info, a review maybe
