Any fans of the Texas guitarist Lee Pickens? I am a big one, and have heard all of his great recordings with Bloodrock, and his contributions to Jim Rutledge's solo album "Hooray For Good Times"
He is both exceptional and under-rated. Have never heard his solo album "The Lee Pickens Group" from 1973-i would be interested in impressions of it, from those who have heard it, or who may have seen the group live.  Also wondering, did Pickens make any recordings after the ones i have mentioned? Heard he was in a group called Easter Island-any records?
