Now I don't want this to turn into a big flame war, I'm just curious of everyone's opinions here... Prog Rock or Prog Metal? I voted Metal... (Although I still like Rock).

Ok, so what about the third choice "I don't care, I like them both the same?"

Prog Metal is part of Prog Rock and I like some Prog Metal even when it's not my favorite sub-genre, give me more Symphonic, Canterbury, Folk Prog and even Space before than Prog Metal.

This is a prog rock forum, which do you think people are going to go for?

Contemporary Jazz Standards of course!

I would have voted for a "both" category because I really do like Prog Metal, but it's Prog Rock that got me here, so I will stick with that as my vote.
