There's a trio of Hawkwind dates confirmed in the UK... details at hawkwind.com but here's the basics:

Cardiff, 30 Apr
Leeds, 1 May
Leamington Spa all-dayer, 2 May.

It's quite likely that some prog fans might hear the Hawkwind bit on the cover disk attached to the March 2010 issue of Mojo magazine, and then be tempted to go along. It's a cover version of the Syd Barrett song, "Long Gone" but I'm not sure how relevant it is to how Hawkwind gigs sound. The song was recorded before the December 2009 tour, and I then saw them mid-month - and I didn't notice anything resembling that style of sound.

Then again, Hawkwind in the studio and Hawkwind live are two different beasties.

Oh yes; and there's unconfirmed dates in June (a Bodmin moor cavern) and July (a festival in Germany).

Following the death of Jason Stuart in autumn 2008 the line-up has been:

Dave Brock (guitars, vox)
Mr Dibs (bass, vox)
Niall Hone (guitars*, keyboards) - formerly Tribe of Cro
Richard Chadwick (drums)
Tim Blake (theramin etc)

* Sometimes Niall Hone will play bass alongside Mr Dibs, eg on Angels of Death.
