Peanuts.  OK those were TV specials rather than feature length films but still my favorite for the genius of Charles Schulz.

Pixar is the best from these choices.  Also, The Muppet Show isn't animated.

I have to vote Pixar.  Seeing Toy Story in the theaters was quite a memorable experience for me.  Perhaps my most enjoyable theater experience (at least as a child).

I liked Wall-E and Up alot as well.

Since no-one voted for Fraggle Rock, I will. I like those when I was a kid; the music was cool too.

...other:

Coraline - absolutely brilliant adaption of the book, even Americanising it and adding an extra character (Wybie) didn't spoil it.

Special mention to the other Henry Selick film listed (Nightmare Before Christmas) - another magical stop-motion film, though I didn't enjoy James And The Giant Peach as much.

(Could you correct Corps Bride to Corpse Bride please)
