I have a great idea, which might be a bit tough to perform, but it can be good nevertheless.
 
When a member opens a user on PA, in the place where he chooses his username, avatar, and so on, he also gets a chart on which he can choose what every star is and instead of things like "Excellent addition to any music collection" it will be user-made for each user, and the user's chart will be shown at the bottom of each review. This way users can vote for things like they think it is, and the review is clearly understood.
