Just, you know, sing the lyrics out without an instrument. After that, play the melody with any instrument you like. With the melody, apply chords, that fit in through simplest music theory. End verses with a x7 chord. End the chorus with the x7 and thereafter pick the 4th note of the scale and play a major on it, or the minor equivalent :D Now you have par example C/Am/F/G7. And in the end G7 ->C because g - a - b - *c* <-4th |
