From this list, my favorite is Cluster (for their two first proto-electronic efforts and the rythmical ambiant masterpiece Zuckerzeit), however I can't consider them as cosmic / psychedelic rock despite that they made some really weird hypnotic sounds in the past difficult to choose among the others, let's go for GILA which really corresponds to the space psychedelic rock label!! -------------
