Uriah Heep has an http://www.progarchives.com/album.asp?id=24913 - album called Celebration: 40 Years of Rock.

It is listed as a studio album when it is clearly a compilation (although with two new tracks).

Shouldn't this be moved to box sets / compilations?

I don't agree - it was recorded in the studio specially for this release, tracks were not taken from other albums.

I think it should stay in Studio albums section, no matter that there are only 2 completely new tracks.

I disagree - there is nothing to say that a compilation should be the original recordings - if they had re-recorded a whole album, like Oldfied or Eloy did then it could be called a studio album - but they've re-recorded a compilation, which makes it still a compilation.

I can't agree and don't see much sense in words "they've re-recorded a compilation".
Though I don't care much, let it stay in Compilations.

But it seems we need definitions of "Studio album" and "Compilation" for the site.

I think that going to the trouble of creating definitions, (which most of the people who add albums will probably never read anyway), over an exception is unnecessary.

Killer argument Thumbs Up. We already have enough definitions.
