If I eat breatfest I go all out...eggs, bacon, sausage, toast (or sometimes pancakes)... Beer isn't a bad idea though. If there is coffee already made I to wake up I drink a cup of iced coffee. I usually don't feel like eating when I first wake up. Today I had a (really) late breakfast of egg and toast because I read an article on lifehacker about making a perfect fried egg, and I must say, my egg cooking skills were improved by the article. If I go to a restaurant for breakfast I usually have eggs, toast, sausage, and some form of potatoes, but I also like omelets, quiche, and those sandwiches made on english muffins too. |

I'm not a breakfast man myself but when I have it I like French toast (that's eggy bread or Poor Knights of Windsor for our British bruthas and sistas), good thick-cut bacon, at least three eggs usually poached or over-easy, and a tall glass of fresh squeezed orange juice, followed soon after by several shots of espresso over ice |

Oddly enough the one thing I haven't done in the list: muesli. Muesli, it's waaay too good for you for breakfast.  I say, take them all and mix them up in a bucket!  ------------- Released date are often when it it impacted you but recorded dates are when it really happened...

Müsli just makes it for me.. sadly, though, I don't get it very often. Eggs and ham is just to much for early morning.. bread to usual.. most other alternatives are a good reason for option one.. Well... MÜSLI! |

For normal, boring days I usually have a peanut butter sammich. Anytime else it's eggs,extra extra crispy bacon, pancakes and toast. Yum. |
