This would be more art-rock oriented than canterbury (by art-rock I mean something in the style of 10CC, Manfred Mann's Earthband, Supertramp or Roxy Music). ------------- "Magma was the very first gothic rock band" (Didier Lockwood) |

I remember ,that Phil Collins had written a little thingy, on the back cover,of the first album,telling how much he liked them.
But yes ,art rock is probably a good description.Like a cross between Roxy,10 cc,City Boy.
