Adrian Belew (King Crimson, Zappa): Lead & Rhythm Guitars
Sam Totman (DragonForce): Lead Guitars, Backing Vocals
Tony Banks (Genesis): Keyboards, Piano, Organ, Synthesizers
Kevin Moore (Dream Theater, OSI): Keyboards, Piano, Organ, Synthesizers
Rick Wakeman (Yes, The Strawbs): Keyboards, Piano, Organ, Synthesizers
Geddy Lee (Rush): Bass, Backing Vocals
Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater, LTE): Drums, Percussion
Phil Collins (Genesis, Brand X): Drums, Percussion

Mike O's vocals would be a great thing for Leaves Eyes.
I declare Shenanigans on having people from Genisis and Dragonforce in the same band !!

I'd try this lineup:
John Wetton - Bass/Vocals Geoff Downes - Keyboards Steve Howe - Guitars Carl Palmer - Drums
Only this time, have them sound something like a combination of Yes, ELP, and King Crimson, instead of sounding like music from a Mentos commercial!

Dear me, so it seems! Frankly, I just personally think, that if you brought the masterminds of 20 bands together, all you'd get would be a pizza with too many fillings to fit in, or too many differing ideas and finally just artistic disagreement so bad, that nothing good would turn up. But I think there guys and girl could make some pretty nice A capella. If any a capella can ever be nice that is

I've made these before... it's kinda fun. Ok, this is a BIG BAND, meaning there are a lot of players because i couldn't decide which one to choose. And yes, i have lead and rhythm bass.
David Gilmour (Lead Guitar/Rhythm Guitar/Backup vocal) Steve Hackett (Lead Guitar/Nylon-String Guitar/12-String Guitar) Robert Fripp (Rhythm Guitar/Devices) Mike Rutherford (12-String Guitar/Bass Pedals) Chris Squire (Rhythm Bass) Geddy Lee (Lead Bass) Keith Emerson (Hammond organ/Synths) Rick Wakeman (Piano/Synths) Tony Banks (Mellotron/Synths/12-String Guitar) Peter Hammill (Electric Piano/Hard Vocals) Jon Anderson (Soft Vocals/Lyrics) Ian Anderson (Flute/Composition) Neil Peart (Drums/assorted Percussion) Phil Collins (Drums/Backup vocal) Roger Waters (Composition/Lyrics/Gong/Screams)
Now THAT would be a loud band that didn't like each other

I have a feeling he is referring to teh GOOD days of Phil Collins when Phil Collins kicked arse at drums and didn't sing stupid pop songs. Face the facts, Phil Collins did some intense drumming back in the old days

Now, this could be a dangeroug game. As someone stated:
- John Wetton: Bass, Vocals.
- Steve Howe: Guitars.
- Geoff Downes: Keyboards.
- Carl Palmer: Drums.
Anyone would have thought this would be a kick ass band, and we all know the true story. Though as a matter of fact, I'm not crazy about Wetton's vocals and Downes is certainly not my favourite keyboard player, so I might have changed Wetton for Greg Lake (which actually happened for a shor while), and, what would have happened if instead of Downes we got Keith Emerson... That would have been a great band (and somewhere I read that the only guitar player that Emerson would have liked to have on ELP would have been Howe, but Howe was comitted to Yes, ofcourse).

One all-star band for me would be:
Jon Anderson: Vocals.
Chris Squire: Bass, backing vocals.
Steve Howe: Guitars.
Rick Wakeman: Keyboards.
Bill Bruford: Drums.
We could hardly find better musicians on each instrument.

Now, being serious, perhaps I would make a band like this:
Jon Anderson: Vocals.
Greg Lake: Bass and vocals (not just backing vocals).
David Gilmour: Electric guitar and vocals.
Steve Howe: Electric & acoustic guitar and backing vocals.
Rick Wakeman: Keyboards.
Carl Palmer: Drums.
Thijs Van Leer: Flutes, backing vocals, and additional keyboards.
David Cross: Violin.
Dick Parry: Sax.
