live album by Galahad - one of the most important bands on the
global progressive scene and the unquestionable icon of the new wave of prog
rock from the 80's.
The band, formed in 1985, released many albums
and performed hundreds of live shows throughout their career. They shared stages
with other prog giants such as Pallas, Magnum, Ray Wilson, Pendragon and IQ.
Although they've never achieved mainstream success, the band has a loyal
underground following all over the world.
“Resonance – Live in Poland” is a live album featuring the band’s first ever gig in Poland, which took place at Wyspiański Theatre in May 2006. The tracklist is comprised mainly of songs taken from their most recent full-length album "Empires Never Last", but the band also performed "Sleepers" and "Bug Eye" from their older records. The album is a must-have for the band's fans! It’s also a great opportunity for those unfamiliar with Galahad to discover this sensational prog rock group.
