About smack dab in the middle of this map.

Two hours east of San Fran, an hour west of Yosemite, five north of L.A. and two hours south of Sacramento. All desert, very hot... but I've got a pool and plenty of refreshments.

"nether" = "lying beneath, lower, or under" (Holland is quite flat and low -- thus the many dikes to keep the ocean out.)
Now, sometimes, in some writing, the "naughty bits" (genitals & bunghole) are politely referred to as the "nether" bits -- as in:
= "When the lovely Lady Whiffington-Redbottom's's frilly bloomers ripped, I caught a brief, tantalizing glimpse of her blushing nether parts, before she fled the parlour in abject mortification."
Now you know.... use it wisely!
And, before you ask, a "bunghole" is the hole in the side of a barrel -- the "bung" is the wooden stopper that goes in it.
Jeez! 11:00 Friday night, and I'm still working....

It's actually no big deal. Being different from the rest is also something to be proud about.
Now as for that Spain thing.... Karnevil, don't even joke about it. How would you like to be compared with the French?

Far from it -- Toronto, for example, is the most ethnically diverse city in the world!
Prog reviewer Diddy is a German too (and a nice guy ), and I know that I'm far from being the only Canadian here, but it seems many have left, due to increasing trolling activity and general stupidity, I suppose....
This site is Canadian in origin, BTW -- the two founders are French Canadians, and very nice fellows, as well!

Anoter german reviewer or Forum Member is Dieter Fischer who signs HDfsh or something like that!
I was sprouted in Brussels , full of mossels (or muscle as Man At Work sang) and I hate both! Mossels and B sprouts.
Still consider myself a bit Canadian after spending the important years (10 to 25) in Toronto!
Yes Peter! Toronto is one of the most culturally diverse city in the world , but to really be someone, one must be WASP (not the insect or the band, though! Unfortunately)
