I've been cleaning out my house, preparing to move, and I found a tube of Zappa posters from around the time that Frank signed with Ryko. In my new house, I'm sure I will not have a place for these posters (I already have a few framed that will go with me).
So if a Zappa fan would like them, I'd be happy to mail them out. I'm not looking for anything in exchange, except, if possible, some help with the postage, especially if sending them outside of the US.
The posters have been living inside of a poster mailing tube for years upstairs in my attic, and they are in fairly good condition.
They are:
Circa 1994 - memorializing Frank's passing, large B/W photo with an assortment of album covers on the right. Quote from Matt Groening: "Frank is my Elvis."
Circa 1995 - B/W photo of Frank, appears to be early to mid 1970s. Quote: " You can't write a chord ugly enough to say what you want to say sometimes, so you have to rely on a giraffe filled with whipped cream."
Circa 1995 - "Strictly Commercial" promo poster
Circa 1995 - vintage B/W Frank photo, Edgard Varese quote: "The present day composer refuses to die."
"The Lost Episodes" promo poster
I'd prefer to send them all out together in the tube they are in.
PM me for details.
BTW - I thought I had another tube somewhere up there with Yes, and other posters from the mid 80's through early 90's, but I haven't found it yet.

------------- Trust me. I know what I'm doing.
