As many as us, I am listening to Rick's solo efforts druing these sad days. I was also reading his bio on PA and I would like to report the following:

1. Rick was born on July 28 th 1943 (and not 1945 as mentioned)

2. It is mentioned that "Ummagumma" is one of their "later records". As far as I can remember this album was released in 1969 and is one of Floyd's EARLIEST records.

Can these mistakes be corrected please? Thanks.

Daniel.

Whoops.  I just read the header that there is a team in place to handle this kind of reported error.  I'm sorry, I did not mean to step on anyone's turf.  Was just trying to help.

Thanks a million for having been so fast.

I am just  istening to "Waves" form his debut as a solo artist. It is such a moving track...But it is almost two AM in Brussels by now and I guess that I need a rest. I'll have to wait till Friday night to make a looooong musical rally again...

Take care,

Daniel.

Waves is a stunner as is Summer Elegy with Snowy White shifting up the guitar a few notches. Mel Collins adds some of his finest sax work on Wet Dream IMO.
