hello, i am extremely into music like: the fall of troy, protest the hero, sounds of animals fighting, the human abstract, chiodos and dance gavin dance... and i am starting to find new bands like... fear before the march of flames and portugal the man. i was wondering if based on those bands if you have any recomendations of bands i might like. im looking for something that has good singing/screaming and technical guitar work.

thanks......

Have you tried Watchtower and Spastic Ink?

Amazing technical metal bands, Spastic Ink being an offshoot of Watchtower. Mindblowing guitar work and insanely technical rhythms and patterns. Spastic Ink are mostly instrumental though, but Watchtower does have a pretty good vocalist with a fairly high-pitched voice!

you might like Tera Melos, I think they tour with Portugal. The Man a lot
not exactly heavy but their self titled is great

Between the Buried and Me- Derived from a metalcore sound, shifted a much more prog sound with phonomenal guitar work by Paul Waggoner and Dustie Waring.
