Well...I left out some details in the Austin Tv bio.
Here's the link to the artist: http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=3860 - http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=3860
And here is the correct one:
Austin Tv is a post rock band from Mexico formed in October 2001. Usually all the members don’t use their real names and refer to themselves only through nicknames and appear in live show with masks and theatrical costumes. Chato (guitar) and Pasa (bass) had started a punk band called Fall Children and Chavo had started a post-grunge called Marca Registrada. After both of their bands dissolved they decide to try something together. After trying out different drummers without much luck, they finally found Xnayer who later decided to join the band. Chio (keyboards, samplers) was only a regular assistant of the band and was asked later to joined the band. On the first shows of the band he would only play samples and after a while he bought a synthesizer to complete the sound of the band.
In 2002 the band released a self-tiltled EP composed of only 5 songs and later in 2003 the band released their debut full-length La Última Noche Del Mundo (Spanish for The Last Night of the World) trough Grabaxiones Alicias Records. The album was well received by fans and critics and their singles received constant radio play. In 2004 Pasa decides to leave Austin Tv and Rata joins the band.
In May 2007 the band released their second full length entitled Fontana Bella through an indie label called Terrícolas Imbéciles. The album was produced by Emanuel del Real (Café Tacvba). After their presentation of Fontana Bella at Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, Chato decides to leave the band. Austin Tv has shared the stage with bands of the Mexican scene, but also with international bands such as Mogwai, Incubus, Trizetza and The Album Leaf.
Highly recommended for fans of the genre!
