Steve Wilson, Mikael Akerfeldt, Daniel Gildenlow, Geddy Lee, Jon Anderson (as long as him and Steve promised not to argue) and Peter Gabriel

Obviously there are many more (John Petrucci, Neal Morse, Hackett, Howe etc etc etc) but these are my top six

I don't think I know enough about people's personalities to really say. I'll bet Ian Anderson would be a hoot, though. And no matter how much I like his work, I never want to meet Robert Fripp.

I realise that you don't really know the people, its a question of how you feel the peolple may be like. It is just fantasy after all. One person I'd have is Rick Wakeman, he'd be a great laugh, the miserable git, plus I think Steve hackett would be nice. Keith Emerson coould be allright too. There i've got three already

Greg Lake, Keith Emerson, Carl Palmer, David Gilmour, Roger Waters, and Rick Wright.

I'll also need a good psychologist, a translator, and a security detail... but I'd get those issues ironed out one way or another........

1.- Peter Gabriel

2.- Frank Zappa

3.- John Lennon

4.- Syd Barrett

5.- Neil Peart

6.- John Wetton...

this last one would be a nice personality to have a drink with and talk about having played with probably almost everyone else that should be sitting at the dinner table with us...

Pete Gabriel, Mike Rutherford, Steve Hackett, Tony Banks and Phil Collins. And throw in Bruford as well in case Phil felt like singing.

Supper to be made ready at a suitable studio, say....Abbey Road. And the boys can't eat until they play...

Great idea having a dinner party! My guest list would be: Jon Anderson, Robert Fripp, Peter Gabriel, Neil Peart & Todd Rundgren. If you don't mind I'd like to add Annie Haslam to have a female touch, besides listening to her voice must be facinating.

I'd open with lobster bisque, follow through with a spinach pastry and as the main course: beef medallions in a roquefort source. To cap the meal, probably a good Spanish wine, maybe and Arzuaga or Pesquera. Of course, we would have to prepare vegetarian fare for Mr.Anderson.

Any suggestions for dinner conversation, besides the obvious?
