Sweet used the harpsichord on their Level Headed album.  I know they are not prog, but they are the only band I can think of at the moment.

I'm glad you asked this question. Lately, I've been wandering the same thing. Confused

Check out Yes Tormato, hehe.

Seriously, it doesn't come anything to my mind.

Gentle Giant's 'Acquiring The Taste' has quite a bit of harpsichord (you probably know them anyway).

Italian group 'Balleto Di Bronzo''s album 'Ys' also has a harpsichord featured in the introduzione, if I'm right.

Anyway, don't mind me, I may be confusing it with a celeste or clavichord or other thing like that.

Ys is a good choice (hehe, I see where we're going...).  Actually all the tracks on it feature harpsichord prominently if I remember correctly, especially Primo and Secondo Incontro. Thumbs%20Up

Although it's only on one track, Keith Emerson plays some pretty damn nifty harpsichord on 'Still You Turn Me On' from ELP's 'Brain Salad Surgery'

Prog to me but not prog here, give Tori Amos - Boys For Pele a try.  Piano whiz Tori shows that she can play a mean harpsichord, too on many of the tracks.
