I just downloaded the album from EMusic; i can't find track n. 14 according to PA track listing (Embestida); i've also checked the band website, Embastida is not on the track listing; the album seems to have just 15 tracks. Maybe there are different releases of the album?

I remember reading that some TEMPANO albums were re-released by Musea, probably they divided one song in two, don't know if this is the case.

Aparently there are two releases: Musea Records #FGBG 4433. and Musea Records #FGBG 4433.AR

In Musea Records #FGBG 4433 the last song Conspiracy has a total time of 10:00 minutes while in the Musea Records #FGBG 4433.AR this last song Conspiracy is only 5:48. Seems it's a problem with the division of songs.

But the Musea Records #FGBG 4433.AR edition. has 16 songs for what I checked
