The artist called Sally French http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=2264 - http://www.progarchives.com/artist.asp?id=2264 has been recommended for Prog Related, being that there are no connections with Neo Prog or to be honest any other Prog Genre in opinion of 3 members of the Neo Prog Team (HT has been out for some days).
Her style is a combination of Kate Bush with other female vocalist, more oriented towards ballads
Anyway I wrote a bio, added a website and a photo, so she won't be moved without information..
Maybe has some relation with Prog Folk, so the team could check her.
