Despite the wacky name, these guys play more Progressive Rock than usual "quiet>loud//delay>tremolo" Post-Rockers  Check them on http://www.lastfm.ru/music/Flies+are+Spies+from+Hell - LastFM . I have their Mountain Language EP, quite listenable
