^^^ as a matter of interest Rach, what do the rest of Marillion think of Pointer touring and playing this material? as far as I can remember, he didn't write any of it....Ermm

I think you'll find 'Uncle Mick' 's name in all the writing credits........and I think everyone is fine with it! (lets face it, it's not Mr H's cuppa tea, and I don't think Fish will be donning the Grendel mask any day soon! )

You know Mick gets a bit of a slating at times, but he founded a band that kept prog alive in the electro-pop world of the 80's and for me at least, Marillion is what got me started on this whole prog thing (Confused )

I think he should be allowed to celebrate such a huge thing in his life it's some fun!

25 years since script eh? it can't be possible! ........... especially as I am still 21Wink

Flippin maaaaaaaaaarvelous!

I'm surprised its not Credo's singer doing the vocals, he actually hs a similar style to Fish.

Very interesting news prog-chick!

The only hard news (which is not really a news) is that I live in France, and prog tours almost always avoid my country. It seems like I will have to go to Belgium!

well it was a fabulous show!

The boys did good Thumbs%20Up

Being an honourary doorman for the night I got to hear the comments of the folk on their way home so if the jumping up and down and singing wasn't enough to make me believe that it was really enjoyed, comments such as "stunning!" "superb!" "incredible"  certainly told me that it was pretty much universally enjoyed!

The tour goes on, Holland tonight, if you get to see any of the european shows please post up your comments!

That is definitely a stellar lineup, but I just can't see "Script" sung by anyone but Fish. And I will be seeing him in June.

I adore the aquatic one and will bundle along to see him when ever I get the chance, I don't see this a an either/or situation, more of a jammy bonus!

Enjoy the big guy in June though!
