Access to http://www.progarchives.com/ for user XXXXXXXXXXXX has been denied for the following reason:
The Websense category "Malicious Web Sites" is filtered.
Calling IP: XX.XX.XX.XX
Calling Workstation: XXXXXX-XXXXXXX
XXXXXXXXXX

Not sure why that is. Not necessarily a site bug, but they obviously detected something they didn't like.

I miss stopping by here throughout the day.Angry

This is usually triggered by malicious ads ...

PA doesn't have malicious ads.  Annoying ones for sure.

The recent hacking incident was probably the cause. Unfortunately, it's down to whoever looks after your Internet to decide whether to unblock us.

That's awful, sitting there all day and not having this site to browse at all. Hopefully the filter will change sometime.

You can use a proxy to get around websense.  I use turtlebride.com, bikepaper.com, and invadenewyork.com, depending on which is the quickest at the time.  They aren't quick, but they'll get you there.

I must warn you, though, that your employer will not be happy at all if they catch you using a proxy to circumvent their software.  Then again, I'm sure they won't be too happy finding you spending all day on a prog-rock forum instead of working.

I know all about using proxys. I'm sure it was a bad ad, but nothing I can do about it now. I'll be caught either way, and this is the 3rd or 4th site I visit most frequently. So I don't miss it as much as I'd miss my Rush site or my DT site.
