Ok, I dont know if this sort of stuff is off limits, but here goes. I was wondering about everyones musical preferance while having sex. I love classic prog and do EVERYTHING while listening to it. I just had sex to Yes' "Close to the Edge"--with the repeat button on of course--and found it to be very enjoyable. The middle part of "And You and I" lends itself well to a sexual climax like the guitar solo in "Stairway to Heaven". I was wondering if anyone esle likes to listen to prog while having sex and, if so, what bands and songs. I am not a big fan of Pink Floyd, but for some things Pink Floyd is the best--Echoes, Echoes, Echoes!   Again, if I am stepping my bounds please excuse me. I'm only 20; chalk it up to a lack of maturity if you have to, but I think this forum post is alot of fun and I hope alot of people will respond.

Not stepping on any toes at all- it's a fertile subject (ooo, sorry).

My soundtrack of choice for the dirty deed is the second side of "Starless and Bible Black", but I don't recommend it for the more tender encounters.

I have had sex to quite a lot of different types of music, but nothing really works for me in that respect,I get distracted and, ehm, concentration wanes. Especially if I try any of my favourite albums, like "Songs Of Distant Earth" by Mike Oldfield, that was a dead loss as music is definitely more important to me than sex so I kept falling out of it (so to speak) since that album is among my top ten favourites and therefore no woman could ever hope to rival my affections as long as that album is playing, completely unfair competition,so music doesn't really work for me in that situation.

My lord what a dicey topic...Well the shortest record in my husbands collection would be ok.

Five percent for nothing from Yes's Fragile would suffice then?
