Saw an interest electric string quartet (all brothers) street-
performing in the middle of Kingston upon Thames last Saturday lunchtime,
Stringfever. In part publicising their gig at the London's Shaw Theatre
next Sunday, they were giving away flyers and selling their second
CD - which is recommended. The stand-out tune played during their set was their 'History of Music in 5 Minutes' and I will played the CD/study version on
Thursday's show. Although not obvious prog, Stringfever put together a
particular form of fusion of their own,  classical trained musicians but happy to rock'n'rock it. Especially recommended to electric violin freaks.
