I've listened to some improvisations lately - PT's Metanoia and VDGG's Present (second disc). Both are interesting to me - Metanoia more dynamic and spatial IMO, but from the other side Present - rather more abstract and mysterious.
 
So which one do you prefer?

exactly my opinions, it was a toss up for me, but i chose metanoia

Metanoia blew me away, but unfortunately I can't vote because I haven't heard the second choice yet...

I'm not going to vote for either as they are both really good, but I'm a bit disappointed that Moonloop (the full version) isn't in the poll as that is an amazing improvisation.

yes i bought the vinyl some time ago and it's lovely chilled spacerockprov!!
 
i would thoroughly recommend Supersilent's 6 album from 2003 if you like Moonloop and all those ambient, post-rockish vibes.  Thats a great improv album.
 
Ok, i will go get Metanoia, to keep to the topic hehehehe
