That sounds absolutely fantastic! I'll try to make it, but can't make any promises. My financial situation leaves much to be desired...  Now, where to get the money...Geek

Damn, they are been pushed forward even further? Hope the Mello guys arent under too much pressure. Would be a shame if this festival didnt make it after all.

No, no reason to suspect that.  Everything's right on schedule, just the ticket sales pushed forward a week.

Sounds great! This event is going to be mindblowing. Im planning to bring my video camera along,  to get it all on tape unless the guys are doing a DVD or something like last year.

That's very interesting; cruising and listening to live music . Big%20smile

I wish you  a lot of fun on this prog.rock cruise.

I was once in Stockholm. We arrived on a cruise , a boat named " The constellation" from Celebrity Cruise. The shows on this boat were good but not progressive rock music at all on this boat. ( more brodway and jazz style).

Oh I think it's safe to say there will be.  I mean, COMUS alone is well worth the effort of making a DVD!!!

Except Opeth, I don't know any other group, but I am sure that it will be a hell of a prog.fest.

Haha that would be me! Cool, cant wait to get my hands on it, and get myself warmed up before I hit the boat in March. 12 bands were filmed to put on the DVD right? So are all the bands on the DVD or are some of them missing? I dont even know how many bands played on the boat this year..

Since it was posted on Thursday, you should get it really soon!

The only band not featured at all on the DVD is Old Gold.  And there's one band, not sure if it was Asoka or Solid Ground, where the sound unfortunately came out distorted.  But the rest sounds good.

This year, 17 bands.
