So question is,
do you brush your teeth, after your dinner, do you brush?
because there is a particles all over your mouth , they stinks after some time, so do you care to brush?
or prefere sleep alone ?
but do you brush?
sometime you drink beer , and eat onions or something,
do you brush? after this activity

I brush once in the morning, before breakfast, and it's just as effective as I want it to, for the whole rest of the day. But I guess I'm lucky for not having any of those problems producing bad breath. Anyway I brush for the sake of my teeth, as my breath doesn't get nasty If I don't brush for a while. But of course, I keep away from people the day I eat onion or garlic. ------------- "PA's own GI Joe!"

| I brush morning and before going to bed. But after dinner, I usually clean my teeth with dental toothpicks and get my breath fresh by chewing xylithol/fluor bubblegum. Also, if I eat a lot of candy/sugarry stuff, or drink soda, I do actually brush the icky layer off my teeth. |

After you've been drinking soft drinks(the fizzy kind like Coke), you should NOT brush your teeth. As you may know, the pH is very low in those drinks, and they dissolve a lot of the protective layer of something I don't know what is called. And if you brush your teeth when that's happened, you break down your teeth even more. I brush my teeth unless it's really late in the night, because the water running can wake up the parents (it's right under their room) so I just get some Listerine in my mouth and swish it around. It makes me feel like I did something good for my teeth, even if I didn't. I actually floss sometimes too  . It's a good thing my dentist likes prog, cause otherwise my teeth would be gone. |

you guys, there comes a time in one's life when they must find the balance between listening to prog and brushing. I brush once in the morning and once at night. Very very rarely, i'll brush at some other time for whatever reason, but for me, THE MUSIC COMES FIRST! actually, nearly every morning while i'm brushing i'm also listening to prog! I turn it up real loud to hear it over the water =) ------------- for those about to prog, we salute you. |
