We have a problem with a release from the band STACKRIDGE.

Existing ../album.asp?id=13416 - Mr Mick
consists of  the tracklist of an album named The Original Mr Mick  Confused

I'm quite sure we need two different entries (LP and CD release) because of the cover art and the track order.

So here are the informations about both

Quite agree .... Hugues's review clearly references tracks on the old album, not the 2000 edition .... updated etc as you suggest  .... thanks Smile

Could this be resolved by the latest (2007) Angel Air reissue which incorporates both versions and restores the original art work.Or would this just confuse things even more?

2. Breakfast With Werner Von Braun
3. Mr Mick's Waltz
4. Mr Mick's Dream
5. Cotton Reel Song
6. Steam Radio Song
7. Slater's Waltz
8. Hazy Dazy Holiday
9. Coniston Water
10. Can Inspiration Save The Nation
11. Mr Mick's New Home
12. Fish In A Glass

Disc: 2
1. Hold Me Tight
2. Breakfast With Werner Von Braun
3. Steam Radio Song
4. Dump
5. Save A Red Face
6. Slater's Waltz
7. Coniston Water
8. Hey Good Looking
9. Fish In A Glass

Ouch  Well spotted, Lee.

I we consider this release to be a compilation we need a third entry.
But this not a good solution because title and art work are the same.

I think we have to add a note about this existing re-release to Mr Mick maybe in this way:

2CD 2007 Angel Air SJPCD 234 - re-released with the same cover including the tracks  from 'The Original Mr Mick'

I have updated Mr Mick with the 2CD version .... it could be argued this should be classed as a compilation .... the issue was raised a while back against a similar case .... in my opinion it would confuse things, and I believe it should be viewed as a re-issue of the original LP with bonus material ... the fact the bonus material is an entire album is irrelevant
