Rancho Santa Margarita, CA 23 April 2007 – This debut release from New York City's latest entry on the prog scene pushes the genre forward with highly infectious vocal melodies and stellar instrumental performances. Classic prog ingredients are combined with modern twists, as Mellotrons blend with distorted guitars, vocal harmonies and a powerhouse rhythm section.
“I grew up listening to many of the musicians now on the Progrock label”, says Shadow Circus founder and guitarist John Fontana. “We are honored to share a label with such an incredible roster of both established and talented new progressive artists”. “Proving once again that being involved in the prog community leads to wonderful discoveries, Shadow Circus is the second act I’ve found recently from the Spocks Beard message board.
