STUDIO UPDATE FROM MJR
MJR spent a while on the phone today teasing me mercilessly with
descriptions of the songs on Paradise Lost..man, I can't wait for this cd!That said, on with the info: mixing is being finished up this week, & MJR is very pleased with the work that Jens Bogren has done with the mix. Next up comes mastering which should happen within the next week or two; at this point, the anticipated release date is in late June. The next cd report, likely in 2-3 weeks, will include the tracklist, so keep an eye out for that. That's all for now.. Jax, SymX Staff  Also, take a look on the web page, they've announced some North American dates and one in Puerto Rico.BTW, they're coming to Argentina the 13th June!! I'll say this much: As long as there is a delay of several months between mastering the album and making it available to the fans there will always be leaks and illegal downloads of the album spreading like wildfire. another delay on any reason and they can eat those albums rather than sell them...
can't wait though, hope that this album would be worth the waiting ------------- The devil we blame our atrocities on is really just each one of us. |

For tracklisting, artwork, samples, and even 1 full track from the highly anticipated album "Paradise Lost" by Symphony X, check out: http://www.symphonyx.com - http://www.symphonyx.com My first impression of the track is that it's quite heavy, but in a good way. I enjoyed this one waaay more than DT's Constant Motion. MJR's guitar sound is very nice, and as always his style is distinctive as can be. As for the artwork, I find it breathtaking! Much better than The Odyssey, or any of their previous albums, really. Can't wait to see them live this september! :edit: silly me! too lazy to use the search function  thanks to whichever admin responsible for moving my topic into this one  ------------- The scattered jigsaw of my redemption laid out before my eyes Each piece as amorphous as the other - Each piece in its lack of shape a lie
