Here in this thread you can say something bad about a group or an artist that you have something against, without beeing yelled at by others (that's the idea, but I'm not sure everyone can keep it in).
I'll start by saying that I really dislike James LaBrie's voice. There is something about it that I can't put my finger on. I think Dream Theater would be much better off with f.ex Jorn Lande, or Russel Allen. ------------- A reunion.......it will never happen in my lifetime!! |

Pain of Salvation's new album, Scarsick, makes me sick to my stomach. What went wrong? All of their other albums, in my mind, are close to perfect. So, I don't know how you can go from producing awesome albums to this.. this.. absolute trash? PoS, WHAT WENT WRONG?! |

I got the feeling this toic will be closed for allowing bashing....But in the meantime, let's add to it!
 This is the "yell at the musician" topic, so I'll do just that: "Hey you Mr. Sigur Ros, can you drink some Red Bull or something and get some positive energy, and can you please start either making silence or singing in a human language that won't destroy my timpani? Hey you Mr. Kayo Dot can you actually create music? Hey you Mr. Jim Matheos, how come you're so good a guitarist and don't realize the atrocity of a singer you have in your otherwise great band? Hey you, out there in the cold getting lonely getting old, can you hear me? Hey you, standing in the aisles, With itchy feet and fading smiles ,Can you feel me?...." Well, I kinda get off-topic here.
Remember, is a "yell at the musician you don't like" topic, so please don't write to me with hate... Just use some red emoticons...  -------------

Never have and never will see the appeal of Jethro Tull. I have a feeling that Anderson's voice would sound normal if he just irrigated his sinuses really well.

Too late, I'm afraid... The abuse already seems to be flying, and I for one will be monitoring this thread in order to avoid it getting out of hand. Just remember, folks... It is OK to dislike a band or artist, but it is much less so (considering that this is a public place as well) to throw insults around. |

Pain of Salvation are easily the most overrated band on PA, though The Perfect Element Pt. 1 is a pretty good album ....!
