In Sainsburys where I live, theres an album of an orchestra doing Pink Floyd songs... only £2.99... should I get it?

I don't have any Pink FLoyd at the moment. Is it still worth getting or would it be wiser for me to get some PF albums first?

Get a real Floyd first. I heard there's a pretty good orchestral Floyd album though.

Is it the "Symphonic Pink Floyd" with the Roger Dean cover? It's wonderful, but you really need to be familiar with PF's originals first, IMO, otherwise the impact isn't there.

I agree with everything said.
Floyd needs to be experienced first-hand.
Alone.
With no females in the room.

The London Philarmonic Orchestra's album with Roger Dean's "dragon" cover it's very nice. It has selections from "Dark Side" and "The Wall"... Anyway, it's useless if you don't know the original albums...

My advise is that you should save your money and buy some Floyd album.

Why? It seems to be the only prog band some females enjoy! Probably because it's one of the simplest prog bands, overall.

Well, it's too bad... it isn't there anymore.

I got two Marillion albums instead.

DON'T DO IT VALARIUS...IT'LL PUT YOU OFF FLOYD FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.

ROGER WATERS SHOULD HAVE NUKED THE STUDIO WHERE THEY RECORDED IT.

You should get it and then seek out 'Mantovani plays the music of Dream Theater'.
