After some test runs by me and others, The Burn Radio at www.progcafe.com officially goes live this friday.
Kick off show will be a long one, starting at 21.00 GMT (4 PM EST) and will keep going until 04.00 GMT saturday (11 PM EST friday). All confirmed DJs will participate.
I'll kick off the first hour, playing stuff I (and hopefully others) like, from past and present.
British DJ Ozz will then take over for the next couple of hours, with free form humour as only an englishman can do it, playing music inbetween.
Ending the evening, DJ Iggy and DJ Loucke (until recently regular DJs at progrock.com) will have a joint show, with guests/sidekicks. The party factor will probably be quite high.
The radio station is Iggy's project btw, in case anyone wonders.
Anyhow, curious and/or interested proggers are welcome to check out the webiste, the stream and the chat both on friday as well as before and after.
The website is still a work in progress, the content on the page now has been put up in people's spare time for the last couple of weeks or so. So expect it to expand and improve.
The same goes for the music database for the general stream :-)
