Fate, what do you think of it ?
Do you guys believe that our life was already decided when we born and there's no way to change it no matter what ? Or is there nothing such as fate ? That we are the one who decided our life and future ? Or maybe even when it's already decided, if we give much effort in it, somehow we could change our fate ? Maybe some of you won't even care about it and just go through their life ? I want to know your opinion...  ------------- The devil we blame our atrocities on is really just each one of us. |

for all practical intents and purposes it makes no difference. since humans are random, clumsy and prone to err I'd say we had free will.

i don't really believe in people who claimed that they can see the future, well somehow their 'vision' could happen, but who really knows at that time if they're really see the future or just talking bullsh*t ? For me there is God's Providence (according to Christian Orthodox theology), which fortunately leaves me plenty of freedom to better that we call "destiny". I guess this doesn't fit the poll options.

For me actually it's a 50-50 between the first and third option. While i believe that sometimes our lives is already set and it's all in the hands of the creator, i also believe that our destiny somewhat can be changed if you try with much efforts.
I don't really believe that we can make our live ourselves because it is likely that there will always be some sort of intervention from the creator, both in good or bad way ------------- The devil we blame our atrocities on is really just each one of us. |

I think we are all put on a certain undetermined path from birth. We can, if we choose to, follow that set path along it's natural route. Go with the flow.Those people are life's watchers.
Then there are those who choose to constantly change the road they are on. As if dodging boulders on lifes rapids. These people are lifes players.
In the end.

Completely natural forces beyond our control determine exactly how things will happen, creating a wonderful illusion of free will, but in reality, I don't think we have it.
That said, I don't believe in destiny, or fate, really, just a lack of free will.
My lack of free will dictates that I post this.

I think if something is going to happen, its going to happen. Regaurdless what you do. You can delay it, but somehow it will find a way to be done.
