I have recently read an interesting article on the Guardian website, here it is:

And here's a more detailed article, with sample: http://www.thereddragonhood.com/pages/jimi.html - http://www.thereddragonhood.com/pages/jimi.html

Now what are your thoughts?  Is it him?

I think it sounds a lot like him.  Could anyone else play like that in 1970?

It definetly sounds like him. And the name New Flames is sort of related to Hendrix. Before he came over to England and became famous he had a band called Jimmy James and the Blue Flames. It could have been what Hendrix was working on before he died. I think it is him.

Doesn't sound like him. I would say it's a fake.
