They are excellent drummers that many people dont mention in first place,but are some of the best.after i send the poll ,comes to my mind the name RICKY LAWSON OF YELLOW JACKETS he play in the concert in France WITH PHIL COLLINS |

I saw Chester Thompson when he was with Weather Report. The man is simply a monster when turned loose. Easily the best from the list. Some others rarely ever mentioned in other prog or fusion polls:
