 i officially made it 72 hours without eating, which was so difficult, now after eating i feel ever worse than when i was hungry!  i am never doing that again, but i raised a lot of money for the tsunami appeal. i started off as 8 stone, yes i am very very inderweight from my age and 6 foot height. i now probably weigh about 6 stone or less prolly and my stomach has shrunk to the size of a peanut. anyway, what do you think of the current structure of progressive zeuhl music? (hehe thats just complete bullplop to make this post even slightly related to prog!) ------------- The Worthless Recluse

But sincerely, Frenchie... I realize your need to want to do something for Tsunami Relief... but if you were already underweight... why do something that could harm your own health. Hunger strikes are not healthy for your heart and unless you were on natural supplements, you could of done more harm than good. its called Fasting
it cant f**k you up! I once went on a 40 day water and juice fast. Lasted 27 days and said dear God a little old hot dog wont hurt. Well one led to another and it was over. Understand I didnt go hog wild, your stomach shrinks.I was the best person I have ever been. clarity, clarity, clarity. Spirit and man!!! Loosed the shackles and I knew then its all in the mind! Its awesome and if I could do it again, pray God you experience it. Better than any drug, its spiritual freedom. Recommended to all. Happiness will follow 
I have several friends that are Muslims. Muslim fasting is to eat all you can right before sun up and dont eat all day and after the sun goes down eat a lamb and a pig and a cow!!!
