HI PROG FRIENDS, THIS IS CÉSAR INCA. The Art Rock Rio 2006 festival is about to take place in the famous Brazilian city of Rio… of course. This is the program: Friday, Nov 10th : EXSIMIO (Chile) - FLOR DE LOTO (Peru) Saturday, Nov 11th : SPIN (Brazil) - AMAGRAMA (Argentina) Both concerts are scheduled for 9.00 PM The gig is at Teatro AMF Unimed, Niterói, Rio de Janeiro. Who misses these gigs will have a second chance to listen to Flor de Loto and EXSÍMIO in Brazil: both bands will be performing in Macaé City (in Rio de Janeiro State) on November, 9th.
Good news for me, since I´m stuck in Macaé for some time and I will not be able to see them in Niterói... Cesar, I`ll be drinking some beer in your name (we don´t have Cusqueñas here, but I´ll find a good replacement). We miss that good times in Lima so much! You were a perfect host, the reception was far above the expectation! The Flor de Loto's concert nigth was superb. Your support to the band was clearly stated in the thanks session at the end of the show... With your assistance we could see Lima (and Peru, actually) with a wider and closer approach, specially with the invitation to visit the Galeria Brasil with its hundreds of cd stores, were we met Alonso Herrera (Flor de Loto guitar player) and crowned with your offer of Leusemia's cd "Hospicio"... Really unforgetable!
