There's a funny story how the Jethro Tull band kept changing names just so they could get a gig. They were terrible at the time....

Anyway. Who was Jethro Tull and what was his big invention?

Jethro Tull was a British farmer & invented the seed drill due to sowing seeds by just scattering was wastful & lacked the seed to take the root.

Aargh! You beat me, Alexander! Good one!Clap

Of course, my (much earlier) review of Living in the Past does identifies the original as having been a "19th Century agriculturalist." Now you are honour-bound to share the prize and accolades with me!Wink

Good question, Danbo!

BTW guys, I'm still waiting for a correct answer to my latest "OK, Here's Another One" Led Zep/Tolkien thread in this section....

I haven't really listened to Zep in years. I knew the Tolkien answer from LZ II, However, I can't remember anything from House of the Holy.

Congrats on getting it right Alexander.
