Mostly for Americans but did anyone hear Ashlee Simpson getting booed at the end of the halftime show at the BCS College Football championship game last night? I thought while not a victory for Prog, it was a slap in the face of stupid record compaines trying to push this crap down our throats. Way to go Orange Bowl Crowd!

This is why Record companies succeed in making someone like her a sucess. If she is hot turn her inot a model or an actress. The girl can't sing that is why she was booed. I don't care what she looks like. Her sister can a least sing in key most of the time. -------------

If Aretha Franklin were starting her career today, she'd be singing backing vocals for some vapid (but undeniably pretty) no mark like Britney. The market focussed, image conscious music industry of today has stifled any form of genuine creativity under a mountain of core values and handed control to soulless automata churned out of some generic MBA prodution line.
