I just heard a strange record, a collegue had brought it to work and made me listen a couple of tracks: Phil Collins Big Band live in Paris. First good thing he is not singing on the record! only drumming. It's a Jazz Big Band rendering of quite different tracks : a couple of Collins song, 3 Genesis tracks , 'Pick Up The PIeces' by the AWB and a Miles Davis tune. The 'Los Endos Medley' is really good with a great arrangement. ------------- Tadpoles keep screaming in my ear "Hey there! Rotter's Club! Explain the meaning of this song and share it" |
