How many bands have covered a song by Kansas?
I know of three that have covered "Carry On Wayward Son"
Dream Theater-Really badly done and speeded up version (off A change of seasons)
Yngwie Malmsteen-Probably the best cover I have heard (off the album "Inspiration")
 And the third one is from these three girls, excellent harmonies and no instruments!!

Also numerous bands have done "Dust in the wind"

That was pretty damn awesome.

Some rap guy named DJ Z-Trip did 'Dust in the Wind' as well.

And of course there's the epic Will Ferrell cover of Dust in the Wind featured in the movie Old School.

On her "Harem" tour, Sarah Brightman covered "Dust in the Wind" (as well as "A Whiter Shade of Pale" by Procul Harum). It's rather nice, I think. ------------- THE DEMON CODE PREVENTS ME FROM DECLINING A ROCK-OFF CHALLENGE!!! |

Vanden Plas did a pretty  ing awesome cover of "Point of Know Return" as a bonus track on their Beyond Daylight album. Better than the original IMO!
